4. Do a welcome call with another team member.

5. Set up 30-minute OnBoarding call (Do your 1st 3-5 OnBoarding calls with your sponsor/coach until you have it down...and take notes!)

  • Quickly go through their box & plan - Hey your typical day is going o start out with Ionix on the far left…

  • How much water? Half your body weight in ounces... drink consistently throughout the day.

  • Cleanse day & Shake day TIPS

  • Provide a few Snack & Meal ideas.

  • Issues (If ever you're dizzy or concerned about how you feel, you may want to consult with your physician.)

    • Hungry? Drink 1-2 glasses of water. Still hungry? Have a snack. Still hungry? Could be mindset. Have mantras.

    • If just can't finish Cleanse... that's ok! Pat yourself on back for what you accomplished and have 1/2 a shake!

    • Headache? Could be lack of electrolytes or simply not being consistent following system or drinking enough water, consistently.
      Remedies: If already consistently drinking enough water, try either- pinch of sea salt slowly dissolved under tongue OR enjoy 1/2 serving of AMPED Hydrate.

  • Show them their back office. Have them log on if they can. How to Order, Change A/S, Have them add reminder in calendar 5 days before A/S date, Resources, How to Convert to Associate... 

  • ASK Magic Question or for Accountability Partners.

  • Confirm they downloaded IsaLife app, Registered in Wt Loss program & Registered for IsaBody Challenge. If not, send them "How To Register" video (or ask them, "Do you have an extra 5 minutes? I can quickly show you now.")

  • Clear out your pantry with junk food, especially all those unhealthy snacks! Donate any perishables to Goodwill.

  • Refer to our TAT Training site and AH FB group to answer any questions they have about their system (confirm they are in AH).

  • Provide value & Create community.

  • Ask them Magic Question ...A, B or C. Or ask them who will be your Accountability Partners.
    If YES to B or C on Magic Question: Set appointment & jump to Step 8- Freedom Day call.

  • Schedule your next check-in/call.

  • Send to EVERYONE! Short compensation video to begin building vision of the possibilities: The Pursuit of Better and/or You Share They Share. Use Penny App or refer to our TAT Comp Plan page.

PRO TIP: Confirm they are still on for OnBoarding appointment 30-60 minutes BEFORE call. Also confirm the following before getting on this call. If they didn't, reschedule. Be sure to confirm/notify your Sponsor/Coach too if they are joining call!

 

Purpose of this call is to get them set-up and ready to start as well as feel you are on their side and ready to help.

If they have questions, keep a list and offer to send them a tool to best answer (duplication).

Try to keep it at 30 minutes. Schedule a continuation call if needed.

8. Set up a Freedom Day call within 5-7 days after their Shake Day #1 (refer to your "Retention Roadmap" for Freedom Day form and others to use). ASK them the Magic Question if you haven't already...A, B or C. Or ask them who will be your Accountability Partners.

Getting your NEW MEMBERS STARTED and supporting your Customers is different than supporting your Associates/Business Builders; each need your leadership in different ways. Our goal is to provide impeccable customer service and care to CREATE CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE. Always touch base with your Customers once they have received their first Isagenix box. Make sure they know you are available to answer questions and explain how to use their new products. Encourage your new Customers to register for the IsaBody Challenge® to give them the ultimate product experience by keeping them engaged and accountable to their goals.

 

FOSTER ACCOUNTABILITY. Be a dedicated accountability coach by helping your team members stay committed to their 90-Day Action Plan goals.
