Penny App - Your Personal Assistant!

Penny truly is an amazing App that will help simplify your Isagenix business. You will use her on your computer & your phone. Both have similar functions yet there are a few functions you can do on your phone you can't on your computer, visa versa. Penny will not only help you to NOT miss crucial dates with your Customers, but she will remind you to make all those follow-ups with Prospects and not them them fall thru the cracks while saving you a lot of time doing all those repetitive steps.

Once you dig into Penny, think about all your redundant tasks you do every day or when inviting Prospects & Customers to an event for instance. Write those down. Then think about how Penny can help you minimize redundancy and create simple duplicatable systems.

BASIC Set-up:

Watch 2 Training videos at bottom of download page above (about 30 min ea); Penny 101 & Advanced Training
On your computer, go to Pennapp.com.
Sign up and sync with your Isagenix account. HIGHLY recommended you purchase PRO version.
Sync with Social Media: Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
On your phone, Download Penny App, sign in, and sync all your phone Contacts.

You're now ready to begin using Penny!

ISSUES? On pennyapp.com, click Penny logo at bottom right side of screen,"Send Message" or "Help Center".
On your Phone, click "More" in lower right corner than select "Support Chat". They are very helpful and usually respond quickly!

NEXT Steps:

Verify all your Customers are in Penny, Add any notes, Follow up events, and "Merge" their records (FB, Insta, Cell, etc)
Next, go thru and follow same steps with your Prospects. add "prospect" merge, tasks,
Set you daily to your level of contacts yo'd like fed to your daily list.

TIP: Only your PE1 are currently listed under "Customer Care". Go to each contact and make following edits:
a. Change their "Type" to "Downline Associate"
b. You can add a tag(s) to all your other Customers & Associates..
Example: PE2, Team, Dave's Customer, etc...

PRO Steps:

Create Custom "Content" in Penny.
